The first time you list a tournament we have to set up a Tournament Providers page and need the following:
(1) Name of your organization.
(2) The state or states in which you hold tournaments.
(3) Contact person and telephone number.
(4) Email address.
(5) URL of your website, if you have one.

Tournament information:
(1) Date of tournament.
(2) Location - city & state.

Once your Tournament Provider page has been set up all you need to send for future tournaments is the tournament info.
